When to write to us
- A link on this site no longer loads, or now leads somewhere else.
- A fact on a page — a timetable, a fare, an address, a rule — no longer matches the official source.
- You know an official page or an operator's site we should list.
- You run or know a company whose website shows Phu Quoc trips and is not in the directory.
- You represent a company that is listed and want its entry corrected or removed.
What to send for a correction
A correction is quickest when it comes with the evidence. Please give the address of the page on this site, the sentence or table row that is wrong, what it should say, and a link to the official source that shows it — a notice on the special zone portal, the operator's own timetable, the hospital's own page. A screenshot helps when the source is an image or changes daily.
If you are suggesting a company, send its website address and the page that shows a Phu Quoc trip. We open it, check the licence where the site shows one, and add it to the right group if it meets the criterion on the directory page.
What we cannot help with
We are not an airline, a ferry line, a hotel or a tour company, and we cannot answer for them. We do not see seat or room availability, cannot change or cancel a booking, and cannot chase a refund. For those, write to the company you booked with; for a complaint on the island, use the special zone's feedback lines listed on the health and emergencies page.
In an emergency do not use this form: call 115 for an ambulance, 113 for the police or 114 for fire and rescue.
What happens to your message
